Free Virtual Yoga for Graduate Students
Effective Yoga Practice for Regulating Mental Health
Four specific, informative and accessible yoga classes curated for UMD Graduate Students. These classes are aimed to teach you to calibrate your mind, body, energy to be efficient with your coursework and studentship in this current environment. These classes will also have information on how reset one’s nervous system, how to sleep better, how to decompress joints, and how to create energy in the body. These sessions are conducted by School of Yoga New Bedford. This is located at 628 Pleasant St Downtown New Bedford, door code 3212, Third Floor.
Mondays (4/26, 5/3) and Wednesdays ( 4/28, 5/5) from 6:00-7:00 pm
